Our company covers an area of 42000 m2 with 12800 m2 of building area.

At the present, we have 20 sets of die-casting machines, the most is 800T and the least is 88T;It has the equipment with fetching aluminium automatically and releasing agent sprayer manipulator. There are four sets of centralized melting furnace, the ability of melting is 2250 kg per hour. Now the annal production ability has reached 5000 Ton of aluminium alloy and zine alloy die-casting.

In order to control raw material and product's quality in line, we have advanced testing instruments ,such as spectral Analysis Scan, CMM measuring machine,X-ray Generator, metallurgical microscope, Temperature Humidity Control Box, Thickness detector instrument of coating. Marking gauge and so on.

The company holds Automobile Mirror Group's strong share resource such as tooling development、testing experiment and depth machining and so on.

The company has gotten the certification of Germany DQS's ISO/TS16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 in July,2006.
